It is possible to build a Dog Training Practice that looks after you, your clients and is also a successful Business
Without compromising on your ethics, value's and beliefs as a practitioner.

Without taking on clients, and cases that you don't want to

Without having to have a "degree" in Business, to be able to Market yourself

Without having to create content that makes your skin crawl...

Without having to hire other trainers, to do the job you want to do most

It is possible, with a clear plan, focus and direction that takes into account what you want, not what you feel you should be doing.
You are deep in the trenches of running your business...

Welcome to what is affectionately known as the "messy middle" stages of running a business.
You've invested extensively in your education and your practical ability as a Dog Trainer.
You are becoming known in your local area for what you do and how you can help people, you get results and good feedback.
But, income is inconsistent, your time is stretched and you're swamped under admin, client commitments and your own expectations.
At this stage, it can be hard to see "the way forward", a way that takes care of your needs, your clients needs as well as the business bank balance.
With the ever present and growing divide in the industry, it can feel easier to just stay on your own lane, fly under the radar and hope that things will get better with time.

We all know dog's don't just "grow out of if", which is why "hoping" things improve with your business is also not an effective strategy.
It's never been more important for kind, ethical dog trainers to take themselves, and their businesses seriously.
To be able to create the impact in their local area, that allows more dog owners to have access to good quality and ethical education, support and services.

To build sustainable businesses that allow you to breathe, and explore what's next - what direction you want to go in.

This is where I come in, to review your business as a whole, unpick the things that aren't working and help you create a plan to move forward that allows you to build a "successful" business, what ever that means to you.

Area's you might need targeted support with to get you started
With Five years of industry specific knowledge, from start up’s to seasoned practitioners my role is to support you to take small, but effective steps forwards establishing your business in your local area and creating a business that takes care of you, as well as your clients.
Finding your "leaky" buckets
My job is to help you quickly identify any "leaky" buckets in your business. Area's that are costing you time, energy or money and can be quickly changed to give you some short term relief, to think about the future and what might be next.

Your Schedule
Let's be real our businesses can quickly grow arms and legs leaving little to no time for you, your family and often your own dogs. By performing a "time audit" and helping you to identify your non-negotiables to help you to reign in your Business and direct it in way that gives you some much needed time back.

Client Experience
I know just how important it is to you to create the best customer experience possible. Together we will review your whole client journey, from initial contact points through to your programs and services looking for any gaps or area's to improve.

Longer term vision
Once you can see the "wood for the trees", and you have some time and headspace back. It's time to think about what next, what's important to you and what direction do you want to take your business in. This is where you get to really make a difference to the people and dogs you care about most, now and in the future.
Pricing
Pricing, a delicate subject for any business owner. Wanting to provide services that are accessible, whilst also balancing the business bank account. Together we will review where you are, and if there are any changes to be made how to tactfully approach them in a way that looks after you and your clients.
Your Wellbeing
Without you, your business wouldn't exist. Often you can get lost under your own, and other peoples expectations. My role is to support you as the human behind the business to understand your own behaviours and patterns, and to create positive changes that support your long term wellbeing.
How it works, getting started
There are two main ways I can support you.
If you are an independent learner, and value being in a group environment but just need some guidance, information and direction.
The Dog Business Hub: Membership is for you (Waitlist open for 2025)
With regular group calls, targeted learning, group discussions and peer support you can join my monthly group membership.
The membership starts from £100.00 per Month, with a minimum commitment of three months, numbers are capped to ensure I can get to know you as an individual and your own requirements.
If you prefer a 1-2-1 learning environment, that’s more targeted towards you, your business and where you are right now.
You might prefer my Coaching and Mentoring Programs.
Meeting fortnightly, for three months, we will explore your business and personal circumstances and goals in depth. So that together we can identify what needs your focus first, and what your first steps towards reaching those goals are. Taking small, but effective steps forwards towards improving your business, to take care of you, your clients and your business.

I'm curious, what happens next?
The first step is what we call a "Discovery Call" so we can get to know each other better and make sure I’m the right Mentor & Coach for you.

This call is free and will last approx. 45 mins. Usually over Zoom, although phone calls are welcome if you would prefer.

During that time, you will have an opportunity to talk through your goals and idea's, and discuss any barriers you face as well as what support you feel you would benefit from.
After the call, you will receive an email outlining what we discussed as well as the different packages available to you.

Mentoring packages start with an initial investment of three months, and can then move to a rolling retainer contract for clients who value ongoing direction, support and accountability.
Not quite what you are looking for, visit my other Mentoring Packages for more established business owners.
